These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OctoDrive platform ("OctoDrive", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using OctoDrive you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OctoDrive only for lawful vehicle compliance, defect reporting and fleet management activities. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.

4. Fees and Subscriptions

Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing cycles and renewal terms are set out at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data and Records

You retain ownership of the operational data you submit. You grant OctoDrive a licence to process that data to provide the service, generate reports and meet compliance obligations.

6. Liability

OctoDrive is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time; certain records may be retained where required for legal or compliance reasons.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
